AgVerd helps its clients and business partners to create new business in the agribusiness domains. We help to launch new ventures, often in close cooperation with academic teams, start-ups, scale ups, SME’s or innovative SBU’s within a large MNO.
We are especially apt in creating new concepts combining of hardware, software and orgware.

Our approach is characterized by a hands-on and pragmatic way of working. We maintain contact(s) to a vast international network of investors, entrepreneurs, industry, government and academic experts that can help us to accelerate new business development.

We are keen to scout new emerging technologies, help to identify new growth areas, build business hypotheses, test business assumptions with real clients, find launching customers and if needed to attract growth funding. We help to identify the favorable tax structures, subsidies and grants. We set up the production and sales organization to bring the new concepts to the market.

Ned Pamuk is an ICT professional with a working experience of 30+ years of which the last 26 years in Business development and management positions at International software companies like Capgemini, Computer Associates, QAD, ICRON and Tazi.ai, during which I successfully managed International Business development incl. Sales & Marketing, R&D and services teams in Europe, USA and Asia.
Prof. Dr. Erkan GONULOL
Prof. Dr. Erkan Gonulol is professor at the Namik Kemal University. He is teaching in the field of Agricultural Engineering. He is specialized in agricultural mechanization, automatization, and energy. Prof. Dr. Erkan Gonulol has authored and co-authored multiple peer-reviewed scientific papers and presented works at many national and International conferences.
Arun Swami PERSAUD
Arun Swami Persaud has extensive experience in the field of marketing, growth strategy, new business development, organizational change, and innovation management. He has worked for several international consulting and boutique management consultant firms. Arun has a passion for the diverse food cultures in the world. Besides being a consultant, and lecturer he is the writer of articles on sustainable and city farming.
